Quality control

We inspect your product in our own facility to ensure it has been manufactured to specifications.  We make sure that the screw fits the barrel and carefully check all dimensions before shipment.
 
Finished products are then wrapped for protection during shipment to your facility. 
We arrange proper transportation of your custom-made product to help ensure quality and on-time delivery. 

Our guarantee is
our barrels and screws to be free of defective materials and workmanship for 90 days( industry standard).

Extensive quality control procedures follow each barrel and screw set from order date through delivery. And, many screws and barrels are stock items available for delivery right off the shelf. We stock the heater bands for all of our extruder product lines, so you can order your replacement barrel with or with out them. Your choice!
